Iska Brunzema has been a Scientific Associate for the Council of Experts on Climate Change (ERK) since March 2021, as well as a Research Associate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI. During her studies, she worked as an intern and research assistant at the Fraunhofer ISI from 2019 to 2021. Her current research focuses on social aspects of the energy system transformation, particularly energy poverty, as well as the evaluation of goals and instruments in German and European energy policy.
